Longtime collaborators Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds will continue their busy schedule this year with a summer tour in the US.. While the Dave Matthews Band is currently on hiatus, the guitarists are playing a number of acoustic duo shows with a stop at Jones Beach on June 6. http://DMB.jonesbeach.com

The show will feature Matthews and Reynolds playing stripped-down, acoustic songs. The pair has released three live double-CDs since 1999; the most recent, “Live in Las Vegas,” bowed in 2010. Singer-guitarist Matthews and multi-instrumentalist Reynolds have collaborated in Dave Matthews Band as well as a number of live albums as a duo. Reynolds, who has his own band TR3, performed an intimate, stripped down concert with Matthews at CMAC last summer while DMB was touring.
